Fun with FoldScope!

Last year, I was lucky enough to beta-test the paper-thin microscope you may have heard about. FoldScope co-inventors Manu Prakash and Jim Cybulski have developed something that puts the power of microscopy in your pocket. This innovative device has been produced and distributed across the globe with the ultimate goal of promoting science inquiry and low-cost access to medical and environmental diagnostic tools.
